AIM OF EVENT
The aim of the event is to celebrate and create awareness of the Sesotho language. SADiLaR is planning on celebrating all the 11 official languages of South Africa by assigning each language to a certain month of the year. As a result, March is dedicated to celebrating Sesotho with the aim of creating awareness of the language and promoting research and development of this language through the use of language resources.

OUTCOMES
Participants will be made aware of the various resources that SADiLaR has in preserving South African languages, and the role of other organisations and academics etc. who work with languages with the possibility of collaborations in research, digitization of written material etc
