PRIMER CONGRESO DE EDUCACIÓN BILINGÜE
This Congress intends to pay tribute once again to the
Qom referents who started a long road in Rosario to
achieve the fulfillment of all the Rights that the
National Constitution guarantees for the Original
Peoples, vindicating and valuing their culture.
Intercultural Education as a Modality in our province
has been making a sustained path towards the realization
of educational rights. It opens up to a multitude of
realities where the experience and the senses that cross
the teachers are varied and complex, with many
uncertainties and where the questions sometimes find no
answers. Thus, it is considered necessary and urgent to
take a joint look at the different conceptions and ways
of addressing intercultural socio-educational processes
in the province in general and in the different school,
rural and urban areas, in particular.
The problematization of the different issues that
concern us here and their collective analysis will allow
us to build new practices and new senses in the
classroom and in the school to re-signify the act of
learning and teaching in the intercultural context that
each time presents biggest challenges.-
